Who we are

A specialist in large-scale battery energy storage

Our goal is to become a leading player in the UK BESS market, with circa 10.0 GWh of energised assets delivered in the next five years.

We design BESS solutions around each client's project and build them with the latest cutting-edge products, so our clients can better balance supply and demand, make better use of renewable power, improve supply reliability and manage power prices more effectively.

What our BESS products enable

  • Better balance of supply and demand
  • Better use of renewable power resources
  • Better power supply reliability
  • Better power price management

Leadership with a proven track record

Our team is led by management experienced in structuring and delivering similar projects for utilities and major players in the energy sector over many years, often for our target customers. That direct experience and our existing relationships with key decision makers give us a faster, deeper understanding of our clients' needs and processes.

In-house design and technical expertise

Our own technical team designs each BESS solution and works to improve product design and the on-site performance of BESS units, so every installation delivers the best possible energy output.

Why BESS matters

Storage makes renewable power dependable

Battery Energy Storage Systems are a vital part of the energy infrastructure the UK needs as it moves from fossil fuels to renewable power.

Balancing supply and demand

BESS assets help plant operators manage renewable supply and demand, minimising power fluctuations and volatility to give the grid a more stable supply.

Lower, steadier prices

Smoothing supply helps reduce electricity prices and price volatility as the UK makes its long-term transition to renewable power.

Stronger energy security

Storing home-grown renewable power reduces reliance on imported energy and strengthens the UK's power security.

Storage at scale is essential if the UK is to meet its Clean Power 2030 goal and reach Net Zero.
